Everyone is an author

Line & Loom Press wasn't built inside a traditional publishing house or school district — it was created to bridge the gap between them. Founded by entrepreneurs passionate about youth literacy, we set out to answer one question: Why should publishing a book be out of reach for young writers?

By combining turn-key classroom toolkits with modern short-run print technology, we built the Young Poets and Authors Publishing Program. We handle the logistics, print manufacturing, and distribution so educators can focus on what they do best — inspiring young minds. In collaboration with ELA curriculum specialists, Line & Loom Press transforms standard writing units into lifelong keepsakes for families and schools.

Our mission doesn't end when the school bell rings. We work directly with independent young writers who are ready to take their craft to the next level. Through our direct-to-author submissions, we offer mentorship, editorial guidance, and professional publication for aspiring young writers working in poetry and short literary fiction. Whether a student is building their very first collection or looking to publish a standalone manuscript, we provide a legitimate publishing platform that takes young voices seriously.
